Civil engineering at Nagpur and computerscience at Dayanandsagar college bangalore, which is better to join?

Taking civil engineering at National institute of Technology NIT NAGPUR is better than doing Compter science from Dayanand sagar engineering Bangalore (10th ranking college at bangalore) should i prefer branch or nit brand pl advice
