Ckickweed is taking over my yard.I need a way to Kill the chickweed and Creeping Charlie?

Ortho Weed B Gone Max.  Kill the weeds and then over seed with new premium seed.  Herbicides won't cause any damage if used properly!

Garden gloves and elbow grease with a side of backache are on the menu if you want to save the grass. Herbicides would pollute the ground water and probably damage your grass.

Chickweed is an annual. Pull it/hoe it before it seeds and avoid turning your soil. The seeds can lay dormant in the soil for many years. Once exposed to sunlight and a bit of rain they will germinate.

As for Creeping Charlie if you feed and look after your lawn(not blast it with herbicides) and regularly reseed it the lawn will win.
