Claim against Auto Insurance, I'm pregant and injured.?

A few days ago I was in an accident. My friend was the driver and we hit an older woman who had failed to yield to oncoming traffic and made a left turn from the incorrect lane. The officers gave her at least one citation, and found her to be 'at fault'.

File a claim with the old woman's insurance. Let her insurance know that you are pregant and injured.  If her insurance accepts liability (admit at fault), they will pay damages to your friend's car, your medical bill, and your pain & suffering. The officers's citation is your ticket of winning the claim.

Sorry to hear that....

But you need:

>  An official police report (stating who's at fault and what happened)

>  any info of eye witnesses

>  time is of the essence so don't wait tooo long before you file your claim

>  Get a diagnosis from a doctor of your injuries/sufferings

>  List your pain and sufferings.

>  Contact your insurance company/lawyer - they should help you take care of this.

contact the driver of the car you were in to start a claim.  they will counter claim against the other party if need be..

why get a laywer if you'll not listen...going back to work will show u are not really hurt....

I have to disagree with the other guy.  You would need to contact your friend's insurance company as it was your friend who was driving.  Then they would get into contact with the at fault driver and get reimbursement from them.  Good luck and I hope your baby is okay!

Your claim will be against HER (the at-fault driver) auto insurance company.

Talk to YOUR insurance agent about the proper procedure to follow.
