Claiming what i bought in EBAY?

ok, this is my first time buying in ebay. do i need to wait for someone send the item i bought at my house OR do i need to go to the post office and claim it?

so i really dont know.

  1. Majority of sellers send the item (once payment has cleared) the first available working day, Tuesday this week, as Monday is a bank holiday. They also usually send you an email saying that is has been despatched. Hope that helps..


  2. You need to check what shipping address you specified and what mail carriers some sellers use. If you specified your home address, it will be taken to your door. If you have a mailbox, you will get a card that you will take to the post office. If you paid for UPS, or another private mail carrier, they will bring it to your door, or leave a card for pick up. Remember you can always contact the seller for questions regarding your item. They are supposed to communicate well; otherwise, you can claim a refund thru Ebay. Hope to have helped.
