The twosome of Claire and Lily showed impressive coordination and stayed invincible in both games whereas the opposing team could not rise from the dust throughout this showdown.
In opening game of the match, both contenders put up a great fight in the beginning to gain an immediate advantage but none of them could make notable difference for a while.
At first, Claire Blaga and Althea Suthya were one or two steps ahead of their rivals but then Claire and Lily made a swift progress and caught them. They remained toe-to-toe in next couple of rallies and match kept swinging between them in the first half.
After the one-minute break, the Australian duo Claire-Lily switched on the best and established a respectable lead.
Both partners played their given role to perfection as they showed variations in their craft and enthralled their challengers.
They mounted pressure with couple of uninterrupted points and then magnified the impact by registering a winning total of 21-15.
The following game was a replay of previous one as both teams started their campaigns in similar manner, blundered in the middle and then Claire-Lily raised their hands as victors in the end.
In the first half of the set, the twosome of Claire Blaga and Althea Suthya showed their panache in the beginning and it was felt that they will survive this tussle easily.
They were enjoying a decent advantage when their competitors spoiled their party by grabbing couple of valuable points in a row.
Claire and Lily, who were underrated earlier in this tournament, registered their class with a strong backlash.
They levelled the score in the third quarter and then tipped the scale in their favour with a stunning knock of 21-18.
