Clarity for the Nadal drug scandal is not telling?

I asked a question about Nadal and a drug scandle and everyone went postal on me. Don't be stupah. I'm not lying, I'm asking a question! Sheesh! I found out it was an article that was mistranslated from a Euro-mag. Turns out Nadal was considering suing the source. Just look it up. Also it wasn't even this year that it happened. The rumour was he failed a post game drug test.
