I've been accused of phone harassment which I didn't do. I was phone harassed by my ex boyfriend for months and I let it slide. Till one day. He started calling again so I called him back and told him to "leave me the F*** alone psycho!" and then he turned it around on me and claimed I harassed him. I'VE NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE BEFORE/ I HAVE NO PAST RECORD. What could happen or what will most likely happen? Will I serve jail time if this is my first time in trouble? I never threatened him or anything, I just told him to leave me the f*** alone. What could happen? I'm scared and never been to court for anything in my life. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU!!!!

  1. If all you did was tell him to leave you the **** alone, you shouldn't have a problem. It would help though if you had phone records that show that he'd been calling you frequently and that you had not called him frequently.

  2. Very unlikely that you will serve anytime on a C1M.

See what pleas are being offered to you, anger management classes etc and probation are typical sentences.

    Good luck.
