Class 47 loco - do you know what the bird logo is?

The Class 47 loco - number 47487 in Intercity Executive livery - does anybody know what the bird emblem/motif is?

It's a swallow. When British Rail was "sectorised" in the mid-eighties the InterCity sector chose the swallow as a motif to depict speed and grace.

Its a cockney sparrow which indicates it was or is based at Stratford depot east london.
