Class B uniform for females!

I need help with the measurements of the class b female uniform..I need to know the measurements of the nametag and the rank on the collar..i need to know exactly where they go

The rank will go 1 inch up from the point of the collar and needs to be lined up with that point. If you are an E-4, that is easy...just point the rank at the point of the collar. And do you need the measurement of the name tag or do you need to know where it goes? The name tag is centered left to right and 1 inch above the top button.
