In Wisconsin, is it possible to get probation time, without jail, for a Class F felony? Please no sarcastic remarks... I'm just curious.

  1. Not just highly doubtful but there is no way (unless you are a celebrity) that a Class F is going to walk with probation.

    CLASS F FELONY

For a Class F Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $25,000, or imprisonment of up to 12-1/2 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender, the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony conviction.

I found that on a lawyer site when I was confirming what a Class F entailed.

    Take care,

    Chad

  2. highly doubtful.

  3. Well if the DA made an offer then it's a possibility. Felonies are jail time unless the DA offers a deal.
