Class Secretary?????

OK. I have been elected class secretary, and I have absolutely no clue of what I'm supposed to do! I don't know what this job implies so if you could tell me I would be forever grateful. Oh Mio!

Secretary is usually the one who notes the meetings, types them and distribute to the right people. She's also the middle person among other members. If your president needs some information from your treasurer regarding the last project, it's your job to get those. And vice-versa, if other members needs an update of what's going on in the organization or a specific member. Congratulations and goodluck.
