Class Split Into Three Grades ...?

Question

There is a possible position coming up at a Christian school that is a three grade split: grades 5/6/7 ... this terrifies me because that means planning for, teaching and evaluating at least 12 different subjects!!

Has anyone had experience in this area? I don't think I will apply, but I am wondering if anyone has had experience, good or bad, with split classes.

well this brings in a new challenge for you as well ! Why should you be afraid. i have faced such challenges it keeps us teachers also fresh to tackle new problems and esp. keeps our brain pliant instead of getting fossilised.
