is their any way you ca find out what class you will be in next year? with out doing anything ellegal

If you are referring to a specific class at a particular time and with a specific teacher, then contacting the School Guidance Counselor is your best bet.  You should also be able to check on line, as most schools these days post student information on line.  Since this is already August, I don't want to assume you mean for the school year that begins in 2009, but if you are, then I think it is way too early to tell for that information.
