Classic army m15 a4 tactical carbine problem

Whenever I put the battery in even when it is fully charged it not do any thing at all not even a click nothing if any1 thinks they know what is wrong

please help

  1. I agree with the first post pretty much.  It sounds like a short to me too.  Unless the battery was totally dead you would hear the motor start to wind.  CA has been pretty famous for wiring as of late.

    God won't help you with this.


  2. First of all, take your battery and charger to your local Radio shack store, and have them test both to make sure they are working.

    If they are, then you need to purchase a continuity tester. (5$)

    Remove the two screws at the bottom of the grip and remove the grip plate to expose the motor wiring attachments. Use the tester to test continuity from the battery plug in points to the other end of the wires at the motor itself. Chances are good that one of these wires is broken. To repair, simply splice in a new section of wire, making sure to use electrical tape or heat-shrink tubing to cover the splices to prevent shorts. If these prove not to be the problem, your switch may be bad. That can be replaced as well, and to do so I recomend contacting a repair expert at a forum such as http://www.ohioairsoft.com to walk you through this process.
