Classified Ad on Ebay?

Question

Is it a good idea to place a "Home for Sale" classified ad on ebay? The there is only a one time fee of $150 for 30 days and it is only one fee since it is a classified ad.

I'll look for a house at Craigslist but not really at Ebay....

Try CraigsList first.

Also, assuming you're trying to sell the property yourself, also use one of those services that'll put your property on the MLS. That'll get you the most exposure, and should only cost a few hundred dollars or less.

I asumed e bay was more like an auction sort of deal.  Try posting an ad in the local paper and maybe some of the newspapers in surrounding areas.  You will probably come out about the same cost maybe even cheaper.
