  1. 1. Seawater - heterogeneous mixture because its made up of different kinds of matter and you can actually see the different particles

    2. Helium gas - element because Helium is an element

    3. Sodium Chloride - Compound because its made up of two elements

    4. Bottle of soft drink - homogeneous mixture because its not a compound/element but it still looks like its just one type of particle..if you get what I mean:)

    5. Milkshake - Heterogenous because its made of different 'things' and you can see the different parts

    6. Air in a bottle - If its pure oxygen it would be an element but if its composed of other particles that you cant see then its homogeneous

    7. Concrete- is heterogeneous because you can see the different parts

Hope that helps you.. I'm not totally sure about number 6 because its not really clear but the rest should be right:)
