Classifying a Country's Military.?

What is the difference between an organization, enterprise, company, Incorporation (the forming of a new corporation)? Where does a country's Military power fall? Is Military an organization, enterprise, company or something else?

Military is generally under the form of government. It is not an organization, enterprise, company, or Incorporation.

They are generally called branches of service to the government under government authority provided by a Constitution or other government law.
