  1. I think I understand.  You're asking for ideas on rules, consequences, and student interest sheet.

Well first of all stick to five rules (and no more).  Think about what you would like from the students in order for you to have a perfect day in the classroom.  Try to think of five things that the students would have to do in order for your day to go smoothly and pleasant (this is different for everyone) and these will be your class rules.

As far as the consequences it just kind of depends on you and the school policy of course...first of all do not include consequences that you are not willing to follow thru with.  My first year teaching I tried to use "eating your lunch in my classroom instead of the cafeteria" as a consequence but it became hard to follow thru with (i wasnt keen on having students during my lunch time)

and the student interest sheet is a simple questionaire asking them things like how many siblings do you have,  what do you normally do after school,  whats a typical weekend like for you,  what do you wanna be when you grow up,  what do you like/dislike about (whatever subject you teach or simply "school"), etc.  Hope this is what you were looking for....good luck!!

  2. ???  What's the question?  You want us to answer these for you or are you ask if this would be sufficient to set up classroom management.  More details and I'm sure I can help, classroom management is one of my biggest professional goals, without it, you can't get anything done!

  3. Is this for a class? You should either read "The First Days of School" as suggested by another person (I second you, it is an EXCELLENT book) or check out http://teachers.net/
