The Juventus http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/U-17-Youth-team-c40787 product has remarked that he is looking to spend the rest of his career at the Turin outfit and he has also boasted about the midfield of Juve.
The Turin born midfielder has come through the ranks of the Juventus youth system and has been at the club since 1993, where he started with the younger sides of Juventus and went through the ranks at the club before being promoted to the senior squad in
2006.
Besides his loan spell at Empoli during the early part of his career, he has never played for any other club. He was sent to Empoli to gain first-team experience and after performing well for Empoli, he was called back into the Juventus outfit.
The 2008-09 proved to be his breakthrough season and the player has been established as one of the brightest prospects of the Juventus outfit to have come through the youth system in recent times. He was instrumental in their campaign last season as he went
on to score 10 goals for the Bianconeri in their Serie A winning campaign.
Marchisio was talking to the press before their UEFA Champions League match tonight against Shakhtar Donetsk, and reiterated his desire to see out his career at the same club he started his youth career with. His performances for the Juventus side meant
that he was called up by the Italian national outfit on a regular basis, and he was a major part of the Italian outfit who went on to reach the finals of the European championship.
The former Empoli man went on to state that he was still feeling like he would be able to perform on a consistent basis for a long time, and remarked that he wanted to remain here for a long time, he mentioned:
"I am feeling very young and I have an ongoing contract with Juventus. My dream is that when my contract expires in 2016, Juve offer me another five-year deal to keep me here until 2021. Juventus play Shakhtar in the UEFA Champions League group stage tonight.
