The former Empoli midfielder has gone on to state that they will be looking to give due respect to their opposition in Europe and remarked on Bendtner’s progression.
Juventus have finally made their way back into the rigours of Champions League football, and where they once were regulars in the European football, their demotion to the Serie B courtesy of their alleged involvement in the Calciopoli controversy meant that
they did not feature much in Europe. Slowly, the Turin outfit have been regaining their strength and they had a wonderful season last year where they were able to overcome stiff resistance from AC Milan and lifted the Scudetto for the first time since 2006-07
season.
Having finally made an appearance in the premier European competition, the Nerazzurri outfit are looking to bounce back and be regulars in the competition. They have started off rather timidly in the competition, and have not been able to perform to the
best of their abilities. Even though their performance at Stamford Bridge was highly appreciative, the Turin side were rather wasteful in front of goal, as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Claudio-Marchisio-c9312 were not able to convert a number of chances.
After an evenly contested tie against Shakhtar Donetsk at the Juventus Arena, the Turin outfit will be travelling to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Denmark-c2884 to face Nordsjaelland in their third tie of the Champions League. Regarding the competition they face in the Champions League, the
highly energetic and talented midfielder, Claudio Marchisio was careful to state that his team respects the Danish champions, and went on to state that no games in Europe were simple or easy, and remarked on the strength of Kasper Hjulmand’s men.
He went on to remark:
“This match is decisive for us in Europe. We drew the first two games, and now the time has come to win.”
He also mentioned the progression of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nicklas-Bendtner-c27726 and was quoted to have said:
“Nicklas is working very well. Every session he is getting more and more used to the way we play.”
Bendtner has yet to start a match and would be eager to prove his worth to the Turin outfit.
