AS Monaco suffered their third defeat of the season, as the former Ligue 1 outfit were thrashed 3-0 by SM Caen. The club was stripped of their pole position, and have fallen behind league leaders, FC Nantes, in Ligue 2. The coach, Claudio Ranieri, was enraged

their opponents.
The coach voiced his frustration over the defeat to the Ligue 2 outfit. The Italian acknowledged that AS Monaco was the second best side throughout the night, and the result was just a reflection of their performance. He said:
"I am angry. Physically we were second best and here is the result.”

Ranieri was so aggravated by the defeat against Caen that he threatened to kill the players, provided they do not win their upcoming fixture.
The coach proclaimed:
“I want to win. We have to win. Otherwise, I am going to kill them.”
The 61-year-old blamed the players for not being determined enough, and exhibiting lacklustre in their performances. The former footballer feels that while other sides tend to give their best, Les Rouge et Blanc tend to perform with lack of passion. The
