Clayton County lost it's accreditation!?

Clayton County in the state Georgia

Ok we all have gotten the news today that Clayton County public schools has lost its accreditation! I really want to know what this means. Nobody want tell me anything about what this means and what will happen. When they do it does not make any sense to me ! So can any body inform me about what is going on?
