  1. Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox?  Both are pretty much the same.  I use Firefox because it is more reliable, stable and safer (it does not crash and give error messages all the time).  You ought to have an arrow that points to the right and the word GO.  If you want to get rid of the places you have gone already, look at the TOOLBAR under tools, find internet options and get rid of the COOKIES.  While you are there, clean up the files too.


  2. Click the Messenger menu in Messenger and select Preferences.

    Click the General category.

    Click on the Edit mobile device button and enter your Yahoo! ID and password to sign in to Yahoo! Mobile.

    Under the Other Mobile Devices section, click the trashcan icon to the right of the device.

    Click on the Delete button. :-)
