Clean, cheap hotel in Jerusalem Israel for mid August?

I stayed at the Jerusalem Hostel.  It's basically somewhere to sleep.  I found the staff very friendly, helpful and very honest..  What kind of makes it nice is that you meet people of all ages from all over the world.  It is not very far from the Jaffa Gate of the Old City.  Here it there website.

there are all sorts of hotels in jerusalem, some very expensive and some cheaper, the cheaper hotels get booked up quickly, so you should book a.s.a.p because mid August is high season.

here are my suggestions

a little house in the colony (stayed their , wasnt bad)

we paid less the 500 sheckels per night and breakfast was included, i would stay there again.
