There are so many variables involved no one will be able to answer you.

Is this for residential or commercial?  Pricing in either depends on what you are offering to do or what your potential client wishes done.  And then there's sq.footage to factor in for commercial.

The easiest and best way to determine all this is, one, sit down and write out what it is you want to do and offer; two, call existing cleaning companies and ask what they charge for those services; and three, purchase, at a very reasonable and low cost, a starting a cleaning business kit that will give you not only pricing information but contracts, estimate sheets, intro letter, lead finders and much, much more.
