Cleaning baby toys and crib rails?

What do you use to clean a newborns crib (rails) and toys and things?

We used a product called tough & tender wipes with our son.  They are so safe that he can basically chew on one. Email me if you want more info on them.  I would post more on them ut don't want to get in trouble by "the community"

Mr clean and some hot water, or dish soap because it is mild

Pampers makes a spray that is supposed to be anti-bacterial and safe to use on kids things....we use that on toys, cribs and high chairs.

I started cleaning my son's crib and toys once he was old enough to slobber all over them. and I routinely clean them about once or twice a week.

you can't save them completely from germs, which is good anyway...since it helps build immunity.

but keep them sanitary with mild soap and water.
