Cleaning glass "tobacco bong"?

It's actually a bubbler, but still.

So my friend didn't have any rubbing alcohol to use, so she used some nailpolish remover since there was a TON of resin in it and it tasted horrible. Then she rinsed it with hot water for a while, and then used listerine so at least if there was some more resin in there, it wouldn't taste bad. Then she rinsed it out some more. It tasted weird, like a mix of listerine and stuff, and then she got paranoid because she thought the chemicals from the polish remover might still be in there, even though she rinsed it a ridiculous amount. So, she let it soak with dish soap hot water for a while, then rinsed it thoroughly again.

It still tastes like listerine and polish remover. do you think it's okay since she's rinsed it so much or is it not safe to smoke out of yet?

if not, how do we make it safe?

defiantly wouldnt have used fingernail polish remover on it.....i dont know if it will be too big a deal...but its a "tabacco bong" theres gunna be resin.....and you can smoke resin...can usually do the job almost as good as when you smoke "tabacco" from it...lol....wouldnt waste that....i would just say next time give it a good rinse...and thats it......

i can not help you there because really it is rediculas don't you think  and SMOKING IS THE WORST THING YOU COULD DO.

Ahhh... Indeed if you are smoking "tobacco" out of it, which I doubt you are. You are smoking weed, lets be honest...

But if you are smoking tobacco, there is rat poison and other harmful toxins in tobacco, so why are you worried about dirty bong water and resin?

What you should be worried about is getting stoned and killing yourself slowly with lung cancer or worse....
