Cleaning skateboard bearings question.?

Ok I want to clean my skateboard bearings soon coz i have had them for nearly a month and want to know if mineral turpentine and mineral spirits are the same thing coz i found some mineral turps but cant find any kerosene or mineral spirits so yeah.. is mineral turpentine the same as mineral spirts or is it a mineral spirit.

No there diffrent but Im not all sure on this so you could probbaly ask the people at your local skateshop.
