Cleaning stainless steel cookware?

I just bought stainless steel pans , was wondering how to keep their shinning and how to clean daily

A sponge and some dish soap will do the trick. If they get really soiled and dirty use some easy off, and then the soap and water, and you should be set!

Just washing them should do.  If you do get a stain make sure you clean it ASAP.  Mr. Clean erasers are WONDERFUL at cleaning stainless steel stains.  (Isn't it funny that stainless steel ...  well, isn't?)  Oh, towel dry them after washing.
