Cleaning the house for my dad?

Question

my dad isn't feeling well because my mom is out of town so i want to clean the house for him tonight while he is sleeping.

what are some quiet things to do so he will be impressed tomorrow morning?

sweep

dust tables and furniture.

straightening loose papers, junk etc.

put away your things or his things laying around the house

clean the kitchen, do dishes

The kitchen would be the quietest I would think, as long as you don't clank the dishes to loudly and you know you will just cuz you are trying to be quiet, While you are in the kitchen you can make your Dad his lunch and supper for tomorrow nothing grand just a little something you know he will enjoy dress up the plates and have them ready for the microwave, You could even have his breakfast ready to go wether it be cereal or toast, have the toaster ready to go his bowl ready for the milk, his coffee ready to be turned on, Leave a little note saying GOOD MORNING DAD, I LOVE YOU. In the living room if thats where he watches tv have his pillow fluffed, remote handy and ready to go, another little note telling him to have a NICE DAY. In the bathroom have his towel ready for his shower and maybe his shaver out as well. You can write a note on the bathroom mirror, maybe counting down the days till your Mother comes home. I buried my Pop one month ago, I was holding his hand as he took his last breath and I know that whatever a daughter does for her father it means the world to him. I know it did to my Pop, he still introduced me as His Little Girl till he could no longer communicate, he told every nurse, every Doctor, everyday. I loved him with all I have. I know you do as well. The extra little notes will let him know how much, his chest will swell with pride every time he tells someone what you did.  Love him forever with everything you have.
