  5. I like to put all my T-cells in the tub once a week and give them a good scrub down. My leukocytes I tend to just take into the shower with me. Don't get me started on the phagocytes though. I can never get those little buggers clean!

    For hygiene, bathe daily. Wash all your parts.

    For your immune system, you don't need to do anything to clean it. Just eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water and clear fluids. There you go. Good immune hygeine.
