Cleanser directions,,,,HELP?

ok i dont wanna sound stupid but i just got this cleanser called, Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser...

the directions say

With Water: Apply to face, gently massage, and rinse

do i apply and massage the cleanser on a wet face or what? i know i rinse the face with water but the directions dont really say if you apply it to wet face or dry face.

again not to sound stupid but i need a good answer

yes you apply the cleanser on a wet face. It clearly states that.

ok ..

apply with cotton wool/pad or massage

to dry face

rinse with water

pat face dry

..thts about it =]
