Clear Lenses for Wiley-X Prescription?

Okay, I know nothing about prescriptions and eye glasses, but I'm going back to the optometrist in August and I think I'll be getting a prescription. I've got slight myopia in my left eye and some astigmatism in my right eye.

If I were to buy these glasses with my prescription: http://www.wileyx.com/EcommSuite/PrescriptionPackageOptions.aspx?ItemCode=556F

And I selected "Clear" for the Lens options, could they act as regular eyeglasses and not sunglasses?
