Clear Plastic that can withstand CNC Machining?

Question

Id like to CNC machine a block of clear plastic, it will be used mainly as decoration but should be somewhat scratch resistant and not brittle. What Plastic would work best. Im looking for a solid block about a 12" x 4" x 4".

The only two that I can figure out are Acrilic or PC (Polycarbonate)

those two are the most clear plastic.

Acrylic is pretty easy to work with. Polycarbonate tends to burn.
