  1. Since you are taking such good care of your skin then the only reason that you would get zits is from an unbalanced diet. Cut the greases and fats and dairy.

  2. Diet may be your problem, as someone else remarked.

Or, as was my case, your system may be slow to slough off dead skin cells. My dermatologist recommended a product that hastens this action. The dead cells don't accumulate, and no more pimples. I've been using it faithfully for ten years now. Can get it almost any drug store. Costco also carries it, and of course you can buy it online: AquaGlycolic astringent toner. Not the cream or lotion.

You just apply w/ a cotton ball once or twice a day after washing your face. Great stuff! Link below to show you what it looks like and how it works.

  3. i use acme free or st ives apricot scrub also mary kay has good face cleansers if u are not sure what mary kay or avon works best for u get in contact with an consultant and see if they can make any suggestions

  4. I use clean and clear sensitive skin foaming wash, and Neutrogena rapid clear gel (with 2% salicylic acid).  I only use moisturizer when my skin is dry, and I use a good sunscreen every day.  That's it and I have good skin (used to have a lot of blackheads and occasional zits).

  5. Drink plenty of water and keep your insides healthy. You need to have a diet that is full of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats to do this.
