Clear algae?

Question

I dont think its an issue but theres some sort of clear algae growing on my filter where the water goes back into the tank.

i guess you would call it the down spout.

but its clear.

i have no idea what kind of algae this would be.

is it good or bad?

also my tank is 20 gallons and i just put fish in it about two weeks ago.

it is about 90% clear. looks a tiny bit foggy.

it may be bacteria which grows on filters to speed up the biological cycle.

This happened to me the great thing is its not algae the bad thing is its just water minerals that are built up its kinda hard  to get off.

it may be jelly from a fish nest. what kind of fish do you have?
