Clear bands for braces?

ok so ive had braces for like 6 months now and i got the clear brackets so they would be less noticeable i also get the clear bands but they stain really bad every single time even when im brushing 3X a day and doing everything right is there anything to help them from looking so yellow and gross?

To keep the from not looking gross Avoid smoking, coffee, tea, soda's limit to 1 per day. But I would recommend coloured bands because every 2-4weeks when you go to your orthodontist you can change the colours. Good luck!

Get color, cuz then you have nothing to hide. and people see them. also since they do see them do you want them to see color or yucky yellow?

I am 37 years old and just got my braces off after having them for 4 1/2 years!  I also had clear brackets on the top teeth and asked for tooth colored bands.  They are slightly off white to begin with but blend really well with your natural tooth color.  I think that color is better than clear!  Good Luck!
