Clear history doesnt remove sites from search bar..it shows all sites Ive visited?

clearing history on MSN search bar doesnt remove all the sites Ive visited from search bar..when I put the mouse indicator on the search bar it shows ALL the sites Ive visited.How do you delete them???

  1. Tools" ---> Internet Option" ---> Clear History / Delete Cookies / Delete Files...(These options will be in "General")

    To delete all browsing history

    In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Delete Browsing History.

    Click Delete all, and then click Yes.

    To delete a specific category of browsing history

    In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Delete Browsing History.

    Click the Delete button next to the category of information you want to delete, click Yes, and then click Close.

    To Clear Search History, Cookies, and Temporary Files:

    If you have Windows IE6 browser:

    Tools>Internet Options

    At the General tab, in the Temporary Internet file>Delete Cookies>OK>Delete File>Delete all offline >OK

    History>Clear History>Yes

    To Disable AutoComplete in Windows IE6 browser:

    Tools>Internet Options>Content [tab]

    at Personal information' section

    click Personal information>Use AutoComplete>uncheck all boxes >Clear Forms>Clear Passwords>OK

    If you have Yahoo Toolbar click on the edit button to disable the AutoComplete function.

    Mozilla Firefox:

    open the Firefox browser.

    from the Firefox menu, select Tools

    select Options

    click Privacy

    click Saved Forms

    click Settings

    select all options in the Clear Private Data window

    click OK

    click Clear Saved Form Data Now

    uncheck Save information I enter in forms and the Search Bar

    click OK
