Clear or Tinted?

Question

Since I am more of an off road guy I was just curious how most road riders handle riding in both day and night conditions (within the same day). If you wear a full face do you carry both a tinted and clear shield, wear sunglasses under your clear shield during the day and just take them off at night etc.?

when i wear a full face that is (usually wear a beanie) it's a mirrored shield.... once it gets dark i just flip it up because i also have a windshield

Sunglasses is the best solution to that. Nothing worse than a tinted screen at night.
