Question:

Clearasil Doesn't Work :(?

I bought Clearasil Ultra [the scrub stuff] a couple weeks ago [under a month] and the first week or so it helped a LITTLE, but it definately doesn't provide clearer skin in three days. :/

I found that it just stopped working altogether in that area after about two weeks. It does clean my skin and it does make it smooth after use, I'll give it that, but other than that ... ugh. Maybe since it was a scrub, did THAT irritate my acne or what?

So, maybe Clean and Clear or Neutrogena might work? Any other brands [that are available at drugstores and everything] for suggestions are appreciated. I'd like to be able to feel it working, too, just for reassurance and a nice feeling to my skin, lol. :)

OH! I have moderate acne [not severe in any way ... puberty related and all] and a normal skin type. I usually break out around my outer cheecs and lip/chin area ... if that matters any! Very rarely I get a pimple on my fore-head, though. Thank you!

  1. i know how you feel, i just started work experience and m face decided to break out in spots, whey. You could try something with tea tree oil-my friend swears by it.

  2. i totally understand u, clearasil doesn't work for me as well, i tried a lot of things to get rid of my teenage spots..but they don't work. i think you should just leave them alone...they'll go away soon....after puberty i fink, but they will go soon

  3. try proactiv.  google it!  i've heard great things

  4. go to skinid.com

girl I can personaly say this works it's custom for you

  5. It is the worst product you can get. It really 'clears' your skin. It rips it off, makes it dry and makes it worse.

Try Clean and Clear, or use some home remedies eg. Look on www.wikihow.com and search. Its great!!
