Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor testing

Question

This is month #3 using the monitor and every month it starts asking me to test on Day 6. Then continues to for 20 days. My question is why does it keep asking for the first test on Day6? I thought that after the first month, the first day it asks for a test varies?

I've been using the clearblue easy fertility monitor as well the last couple months for the first time and it does the same to me. I wondered that as well...maybe it has to do with the monitor adjusting to your cycles? I dont know.....my cycles have been messed up so I have yet to receive a "ovulation" reading from it. I get high and last month a peak...but no little egg thingy...lol.
