Cleveland Real Estate Bargains!?

Question

Does anyone know of a screeming real estate bargain in the northeast Ohio? I would consider an attractive vacation or investment home, not a disaster project. A cool city loft would be nice as well. Helpful tips will be appreciated.

You should check out the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's sales.  They have a website that shows addresses (with mapping links) and starting prices.  You could check it out from there and see if you want to go to one of the sales.  Friends of mine got a heck of a deal about 5 years ago on a wonderful house in Strongsville.
