i want to become a news reporter!

what do they study and

do u get more money than teachers?

and iam 14 so like should i practise

  1. Perfect you english! always be polite and smile there's no study for reporting people are trying to hget those jobs everywhere you'll need to have another few jobs well before you get a role as a news reporter, and yes they do make alot more than teachers

They get more money than teachers eventually but only after years of working for low pay - there are a fair few jobs going in journalism generally, but if you want to be a TV reporter you'll probably have to start out as a production runner. They get paid very little for long hours! With determination you could make it and I'd encourage you all the way, but you have to be prepared to work for it. I

    Studywise, A-levels in English and other arts subjects (languages, history etc) would be a good choice - uni degree is usually optional, it's not expected of you. I'd also recommend work experience and possible looking into a BJTC (Broadcast Journalism Training Council) diploma.
