Hi,

I have a loud clicking noise coming from under mu bonnet

Car is a P reg Renault Megane.

I have traced it to a black box about size of a match box. This is located in the far top right hand corner - under the windscreen.

Everything seems to work ok just this clicking when ignition on.

Any help would be fab,

Thanks,

Dave

  1. the clicking noise is the heater motor vent flap which directs air from outside car in to cabin or stops air coming and recycles air from within cabin car if you play around with button on heater panel from this noise should change slightly. the teeth on flap which is contrlled by motor are worn or missing if strip covers around wipers and  panal covering heater motor you will see it

  2. electrical relay on the way out...get new before ur stuck on hyway in rain at night,,

  3. Relays click. But only when they are operating. Perhaps it's faulty.
