  1. hello!

    affects of heat:-

1.more heat take out necessary moisure from the crop.like our skin sweat comes out we need more water so as the crop requires this require extra  electricity .

    2. there are certain crop that requires optimum sunlight

above that it looses its necessay  contents.

note:- it also includes heat from fire.

    solar energy:-

ya it is good  for crop it is very important to understand  that

sunlight and heat is very much different

solar energy provides  necessary energy for growth thats carry out necessary photosynthesis.

    affect of moisture:-

    1. lot of water given to crop makes the land less  fertile . because water will make alage on the earth surface that cuts  oxygen and sunlight supply to earth.

at last i say that excess everything is bad even if u drink a lot of water.

    THANKS........

  2. Climate is everything. Rainfall or lack of it. Soil types from diverse native growth as determined by temperature, rainfall, and seasons (northern evergreen vs southern deciduous and vast plains found between). Jungle/ rain forest soils cleared for farming are different soils, and sandy windswept and drier areas that are marginal at best are different. Erosion from wind and water change land types and those factors determine how much and what production occurs. All that nature has to throw at the zone where air meets the land determines what it is.

  3. Heat, up to a rather moderate maximum, will increase the metabolism of plants, their growth and decomposition. We can have substantial plant growth with low temperatures in full sun. And beyond a moderate temperature photosynthesis is suspended. But elevated temperatures also require more water to make agriculture viable.

We could say that with an adequate level of water agriculture could stand very high temperatures. We have few examples of that, however. When we have adequate water the temperatures are not so extreme.

To find an example of low temperatures and luxurious plant growth we need only look to the Alaska panhandle where a cabbage may grow to 40 kg, and mighty trees grew. Here there is frequent rain throughout the fairly long growing season, and summer days that go on most of the night.

Solar energy tends to come with heat, but even with low temperatures of the  Alaska panhandle, we see a very different  agricultural outcome compared with New Mexico, AND NOT JUST BECAUSE OF MOISTURE.

Agriculture does need solar energy, but can get along with far lower temperatures. There will be major changes when temperatures frequently drop below 4C. But most tropical jungle plants can not survive the high temperatures of many deserts, even with adequate water.

  4. It affects life

  5. I agree with mike..

  6. I buy & sell produce year round 37 yrs.

With veggies, lack of sun will cause

most crops to bolt or grow a seed stalk

prier to harvest. Also we see  crops

like spinach arrugala cilantro etc ,

    showing signs of yellowing, cold

damage and stress in the plants.

Biggest problem is higher cost to

grow pick and transport product to

stores and markets. Get ur $$$$ out
