Climbing goods in germany?

Iam going to frankfurt ( Germany ) does any body know where can i buy climbing goods such as backpacks and hiking shoes ?

If I was you I'd buy that stuff in the u.s. (if that's where you are) before I came over. You will pay alot more in Germany plus now after Jan 1 sales tax is up to 19%. You can get the sales tax back when you leave Germany as long as you have the receipts, not sure if you have to show the items or not. However the items will cost more in Germany even with the tax refund.
