  1. it means you have gout.


  2. Blood urea is a measure of your kidney function. If it is increased it means your kidney(s)   have a problem and should be investigated further to find out why.  You should ask your doctor about your result.

    The person who posted before me is confused because gout is caused by a high uric acid and not urea.
