Clomid?? Who else???

Question

Hey ladies! Anyone else starting clomid this month or next month? are you excited? what else are you taking beside clomid? do you have pcos?

share your story I want to know how many ladies are here TTC with clomid. This is my second round!! im very excited but scared at the same time!! =) my first round was on may 2008. and yesterday I started provera to induce my AF.

I just started Clomid 2 days ago for my first time.  I'm excited about it.  However, I'm soooo confused of when I should be having s*x etc.  I have PCOS, diagnosed in February.  I'm also on Metformin ER for that.  The side effects are tremendous.  But I'm dealing with it.  We have a daughter, almost 12.  This will be our second.  I'm hopeful!  :)

I am starting Clomid on Monday on CD5.  I do not have PCOS and ovulate on my own. The last 2 months I did not ovulate and had really long cycles but I think that was due to the strenght and fitness program I was doing. Now that I am done with that, my body is regulating itself (FINALLY) and my doc gave me Clomid as a boost. Hopefully it will work for me! Good luck!

Success Story:

I took clomid for 2 cycles and it worked. I am now 9 weeks and 6 days along.  I was prescribed 100mg day 5-9. The cycle that worked I never got a + opk so it was a surprise when the test came back +

I took provera to start my period but unfortunately it has not worked and i've only had a bit of spotting so i've been unable to start my clomid on day to of my cycle as planned. I do have PCOS.This will be the first time i've used clomid so hopefully when i do eventually start it it will work! Good luck

HI! I'm not starting clomid, but am starting my first round of Femara soon! I'm starting prometrium today to induce my cycle, then starting femara cd 3-7.  I'm so excited! I have PCOS, but I really have the greatest hope and feeling that this is going to work :o)  This is the first fertility med I have ever used.  Thank you for the baby dust!
