Clomid and cervical mucus?

im starting clomid today and have read on here stuff about it making ur cm dry up. and that mucinex could help. is this true? or anyone know any other thing i can try?

Make sure you stay well hydrated. That will also help if you're someone who gets headaches from Clomid, but it's good for keeping the CM levels up. Isotonic 'sports' drinks are also excellent, if you like that kind of thing, but juice isn't so good. Some women swear by Robitussin, so maybe Google that method and check what dosage they used. I'd keep with the natural products myself, but if you think it might help, try Pré or PreSeed. Good luck!

I agree with those who say you should wait a cycle to see how it affects you.  Unfortunately I happen to be one of those who dried up A LOT!  So I'm going to probably have to do Robitussin next cycle.  I have heard that Mucinex will work but just make sure you get the right kind.  There is a certain kind that will dry you up even more.

My cm hasn't dried up on clomid.  Just wait and see how it will affect you.

i read the same thing.  but i waited to see if my cm would dry up.  i didnt.  dont be too hasty to take something to increase ur cm when u havent even encountered the problem yet
