  1. it's sometimes common to ovulate a bit later for PCOS patients, getting pregnant on Clomid can sometimes take up to three months, so hang in there! you can learn more about Clomid and PCOS and find other patients going through the same, and ask doctors online for free, try FertilityTies.com

    good luck!

  2. I am going through the same thing and my doctor and nurse said that when you read above anything above 10 that its a good sign you did ovulate. I have a level of 7.7 and thats very bad I wish I could read a level like yours..good luck baby dust

  3. If your progesterone level is 24 i think that's great in my opinon because you level only has to be 5 to ovulate so 24 is wonderful, you can get pregnant at that level. Ask the doctor about clomid and ovidrel, ovidrel is a injection you use when you have a mature egg(s) to make your chances greater.

I also have PCOS and on clomid.

    Good Luck!!

  4. yeah sometimes your progesterone level is wrong as this only goes on the fact that you must of ovulated on day 14 of your cycle. so if you ovulated later than that it could be inaccurate.

there are things you can do to monitor your cycle better so you might know what you ovulated

these are by checking your mucus

and taking your basal temp (you'll have to look these up as i know people do, do it this way on clomid but never actually done it myself)

other than that i'd say that as it's your first cycle your gynaecologist can always up your dose and ive heard it can take up to 3 months for clomid to do it's job hang in there xx

try fertillyfreinds.co.uk they are brilliant xx
